Matt joined Gateway in July 2023 working with companies in the technology and cleantech industries. He assists with all aspects of the IR consulting process, including messaging, research, analysis, and investor outreach.

Prior to joining Gateway, Matt worked with the Palo Alto Department of Transportation, where he performed valuation analyses to formulate recommendations to meet the city’s 80 x 30 sustainability initiative. He also worked as a Research Assistant for Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, conducting in-depth analyses of recent antitrust bill proposals involving large technology firms.

Matt earned his BS in Management Science & Engineering and MS in Sustainability Science and Practice from Stanford University. There, he was on the Men’s Gymnastics team, winning 4 straight NCAA titles and serving as the 2023 Team Captain. Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, listening to podcasts, and attending sporting events.
