Anna Rutter is a Senior Account Manager at Gateway, where she operates as an expert storyteller building comprehensive strategic communication campaigns through owned and earned media.

With over 6 years of extensive public relations experience, Anna was most recently at Murphy O’Brien, an LA-based luxury hospitality and real estate public relations agency, where she serviced global brands including The Peninsula Hotels. Prior, Anna worked in the entertainment space for digital media company Studio71, leading all company internal and external communications, and global talent agency ICM Partners, where she was responsible for everything from transactional communications with the Hollywood trade press to talent signing and development deal announcements, executive thought leadership pieces and securing talent and executives on top industry lists. Anna began her career at CBS Television Distribution in the Corporate Communications division working with legacy television shows including Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and Star Trek.

Anna is a summa cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.

When she’s not in the office, Anna spends her time scoping out the best new restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County, working out with friends at her favorite Pilates studio, and spending time with her husband, Mark, and their goldendoodle, Peaches.
